Birkot Ha Ne’enim: Blessing Walk, Noticing the World

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Participants will join together outside and embody the Jewish formula for a blessing by doing a blessing dance. We will then take a walk looking at the earth, sea and sky around us, while focused on some birkot ha ne’enim or blessing of the senses. Activities along the trail will help us look for colors, seeds, and other things. This a double session.  Deborah Newbrun’s participation in Limmud Miami is made possible with generous support from The Covenant Foundation.
